Still not fixed, Still hopeful

Our latest paperwork challenge is not yet overcome. Elaine went to Sacramento today in hopes of getting our re-notarized documents apostilled, but was foiled by the California State authority for notaries. They refused to bend or to see any possible loopholes we could squeeze through. It seems we have a stand-off between the Russian Judge and our California State Law. So, we are back to the drawing board on this one. We are not giving up hope though, just strengthening our resolve; learning to take these setbacks in stride. We will find a way around this pothole on our journey 2 family.
